At skillsetsandbandreps, our basketball specific development model, infused with R3BAND + R3BARTRAINING, assists the hooper in discovering; form, situational awareness, skillset, routine, confidence, and identity within 5-on-5 basketball.
We also offer R3BAND + R3BARTRAINING; a neuromuscular training model, that is applicable to all athletes, as well as non-athletes, at all stages of ability. From kids, to senior citizens, looking to improve their overall agility and muscle connectivity.
The R3BAND + R3BARTRAINING method helps support core stability, through coordination, functional movement, and mobility.

our packages
The monthly package includes unlimited access Monday - Friday to 4:00 pm sessions, it also gives ability to schedule outside of that window and the ability to utilize the gym during communicated downtimes.
The semi-annual package includes unlimited access Monday - Friday to 4:00 pm sessions throughout a six-month period. It also gives the ability to schedule sessions outside of that window and to utilize the gym during communicated downtimes.
The annual package includes unlimited access Monday - Friday to 4:00 pm sessions throughout 1 year from original purchase. It also gives ability to schedule outside of that window and the ability to utilize the gym during communicated downtimes.
The 10-session package includes 10 class access Monday - Friday to 4:00 pm sessions. All sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchasing.
The 5-session package includes 5 class access Monday - Friday to 4:00 pm sessions. All sessions must be completed within 4 months of purchasing.
The drop-in class allows athletes to come to one, existing 4:00 pm session Monday - Friday.
The private 1-on-1 sessions allows athletes to train exclusively with Michael.
TRAINING
R3BARTRAINING puts the athlete at the center of core stability and coordinated, functional movement.
At its core, R3BARTRAINING is about teaching the body how to move the right way. Our goal is to build strong, stable cores and connect that strength through the entire body so athletes can perform at their best.
Through progressive programming and intentional coaching, we train the full kinetic chain—not just isolated muscles. We emphasize fundamental mobility and movement patterns in a safe, productive way to support good posture, efficient mechanics, and total-body coordination.
When movement fundamentals are overlooked, the body often compensates. That can lead to poor coordination, inefficient movement patterns, unnecessary stress on joints and connective tissue, and a higher risk of injury—all of which limit performance. Our approach is designed to prevent that by helping athletes move with control, balance, and purpose.
Simply put: we teach athletes how to move well, so they can perform better and stay healthier for the long run.
